A couple of hours after their arrival, Mr. Roumeliotis forwarded to us an email from the guests' travel agent, in which they were saying that they want to leave our hotel earlier. I met the guests after the dinner and kindly asked them if something happened during their short stay here that led them to the decision of leaving earlier. They told me that it is basically due to weather, that does not allow to take advantage of the services our resort has to offer.
