They also saw room 746 but they didn't like it as well. There was also a misunderstanding on the departure day as they had booked a room to have a shower and change but they never got it.

Requested the HSK to do the cleaning service daily at 10:00 and the turn down at 19:00. in addition. they requested to place the extra bed for their daughter in the wellness area and place black out curtains on the window so she doesn't wake up with the sunlight. 11-26/09/21: Guests stayed in Villa 541 (merge of t rooms).One of their daughters has allergy to gluten, dairy (cow milk products), onion and garlic. Mrs. Warren and her other daughter are allergic to shellfish. They were continuously complaining about the option their daughter has for her meals due to her allergies. They also starting accusing us for giving her products that provide gluten and dairy and put her life in danger.. They had a meeting with the Hotel operation manager and the chef the last days of their stay. req. 40 extra hangers.

05-12/09/21: Mr. Krasauskas and his parents stayed in Villa 671(upgrade). They were not very happy with the location as they found it too far from the facilities and the sea. They would prefer to get a villa next to the sea even if they lose the upgrade. They got all the restaurants pre booked out of the reservation system as they prefer to eat early and they met the SPA Manger upon their arrival in order to have exercise. classes organized.
