21-31/08/21: Guests stayed in Villa 671 ( merge from 2* rooms) They had a nice stay and they had no complaints. Before they depart they requested to see a STEP as they are planning to come back without friends. They saw the suite 356 which they loved.

15/08-01/06/21: Guests stayed in room 504. They were together with the guests in room 354 (Hansen). They has lots of complaints during their stay mostly about the service at the restaurants due to lack of staff. In addition they complained about the food portions, the wine list (wines not being available), the shower in the room, the HSK service and that their bathing suits got discolored because of the pool. Guests were entitled to have their breakfast at ocean and they were also offered a complimentary private dinner.

27/08-02/09/21: Guests stayed in the Mansion . They req. the HSK cleaning service daily at 12:00 and too get the pool area tided up daily at 20:30. In case they leave any dirty towels they would like to have them replaced and we should leave them out at the pool area. No turn down service in the mansion. They had a nice stay.
