04-09/07/21:Guests were first allocated in rooms 349-350. They expected to get rooms with non disturbed sea view as they saw on the pictured when they booked. They saw 118 -119 and 802 -804 but they were not happy. At the end they stayed in rooms 727 and 728 although they were still not 100% happy.

06-13/06/21: Guests stayed in room 350. We had a request from their TA to get them a room close to the facilities and the funiculars das the one they had on their last stay (349), due to Mrs. Gaunard's walking difficulties. We allocated them in room 392 which easier accessible than the one they had the last time. We also had room 371 available for the guests in case they could not manage the two sets of stairs of room 392. They were not happy with any of the two options as what they actually. want is a room close to the SPA.

15-29/06/21: Guests stayed in Villa 547. During their stay they got Gastroenteritis starting from their baby. They tried to accuse us for that but the doctor informed them it's a virus. They kept complaining they lost big part of their vacation because they've been sick. They were offered massages at the spa.

05-15/07/21: Guests stayed in Villa 224. They had a nice stay. They only had to visit the doctor once when their daughter put her hand inside treadmill and she had to make an x-ray in order to find out if it broke. Mr. Fesko has an intolerance to lactose. Their daughter has a lactose intolerance. Both kids are severe allergic to all kinds of nuts. HSKL 10:30 / 19: 30.

They as well mentioned that they were not happy with the bedroom on the ground floor so they upgraded their reservation to a V2. Quite demanding guests.
