    		6907 3101237 Hi Lucy, Thank you for your email and I am sorry to hear about the illness of the baby. As an exception given the circumstances and also that the rate paid was the pre paid rate with no amendments or cancellations, I will happily carry the monies over paid to us to a new reservation for the family when they are ready to book. When they do come to make the new reservation if the net rate is lower than the current rate we will refund the difference and if there is an increase in the net rate then we will have to pass the difference onto the customer.
