NOTES 06-13/06/21: Guests stayed in room 350. We had a request from their TA to get them a room close to the facilities and the funiculars das the one they had on their last stay (349), due to Mrs. Gaunard's walking difficulties. We allocated them in room 392 which easier accessible than the one they had the last time. We also had room 371 available for the guests in case they could not manage the two sets of stairs of room 392. They were not happy with any of the two options as what they actually. want is a room close to the SPA.
