NOTES	30/08-05/09/21: Mrs. Staines is a travel counselor Guests were first allocated in room 115. They were very disapointed with the view, comparing with rooms that other travel counselors got in the past (as saw on Instagram). Guests were offered room 616 which they loved and agreed to move but as soon as we got it ready they changed their mind and decided to keep 115 as it is closer to the facilities, meaning easier with the child. Later the same evening they moved to room 616 as they changed their mind again. Guests were offered an upgrade to a JSTEP 525 by the GR manager but they didn't want to move again. a few days later they changed their mind and they moved to 811 where they finished their stay. During their stay they had complaints regarding the service at the restaurants ( found it too slow) and the HSK. They were also kind of rude when speaking to the staff.
