She got a room upgrade to a DLXP room but at the end she seemed very stressed as she was worried that the kids could fall in the pool. She was offered the pool fencing complimentary.

11-20/07/21: Mrs. Vitola and her daughters stayed in Villa 545 until the 18th of July. For the last two days of their stay they moved to 2* DJ suites. Mrs. Vitola has a lactose intolerance. Her daughters as well prefer lactose free products

At first they were very disappointed to notice that the Rose Champagne is not longer available on the RC he proposed to pay the price difference from the included one but his offer got rejected. He strongly complained and at the end he got the Rose Champagne fully included on the RC. Guests had a very nice stay and they have a strong request for Villa 201 for their next stay.
