The guests stayed with us from 01/10/2021-10/10/2021 in room 307. Guests called the telephone operator to complain about loud noise. The maintenance went too their room to find out that the noise comes from the Ocean kitchen ventilation system. The guests requested to change room as they are sleeping with their window open. The next day moved from 128 to 307.
