MKRTUMIAN ADEL has a food allergy. She is allergic to everything dairy, eggs and chicken, shellfish seafood (only fish possible).
All kitchen appliances for cooking for her must be STRICTLY individual !!
You cannot cut an egg with the same knife and then, for example, a bread for her, etc. The reaction is even anaphylactic shock. The client herself on the spot usually resolves this issue with the chef.
Holidays went fine, nothing negative to mention.
